No to hand lotions-- soak into your blood stream, skin on the genitals is way to thin. Not good. Use baby oil or vaseline. No soaps or shampoos, will burn your skin. Conditioner will work, but use it in the shower since it is kinda greasy. Most guys don't use lube, no need if you know that real men use a slow and gentle touch. If you are creating friction, you are doing it wrong.
Go to any drug store or pharmacy and get some personal lubricant. It works wonders ð
'Best', can be a matter of personal choice, and where you are too. Ordinary soap and water, Baby oil, liquid soaps, Shower gels / lotions ~ and you can buy them in pharmacies and supermarkets.
Sash.
water soluble lubricants, not lotions, try KY Gelly, don't use creams, lotions, or even petroleum jelly as they inhibit bacteria
