I need clarification regarding the terms "expectant boyfriend" and "nonjudicial boyfriend" in the context of applying for government food stamps. The application is asking about my relationship with my boyfriend, with whom I live, but I'm unsure which category he falls into. I don't fully understand what these two terms mean. Can someone please help me clarify this? Thank you!

Select other if two persons are related, but their relationship is not listed in the drop down box. For instance, in-laws.
Select non-judicial girlfriend/boyfriend if all of the following are true:
- The girlfriend is pregnant
- They live together
- They are not married to each other
- Both agree that the boyfriend is the father of the unborn
Select expectant girlfriend/boyfriend if all of the following are true:
- The girlfriend is pregnant
- They live together
- They are not married to each other
- The boyfriend states that he is not the father of the unborn
Select friend for individuals that are not related.

Guyfriends are guys that you are just friends with. For example, someone you hang out with and spend time with but dont have any feelings of attraction or intimacy towards. A boyfriend would be your significant other that you feel very strongly about and might possibly see a future with ie: getting married, having children. Hope I helped!
i googled your question and this is what i found, part of it didnt make anysense to me but maybe it will help you. If i were you i would call up my local w.i.c. office and ask them. they would be able to help you with just questions without having to fill out any paperwork.
