The answer is; geysers Due to the water underground being heated from geological reason such as heat from magma chambers, the water heats up and expands. The pressure of the rock above the water causes it to reach very high pressures. The water finds cracks and fissures in the rocks above until it reached the surface. The pressure releases and the water eject from the ground into a hot fountain.

Geysers are formedExplanation:The geysers are defined as the narrow openings through which the hot water erupts periodically like a fountain. This forms in a geological setting where the water below the earth surface is heated due to the geothermal gradient that allows the water to increase its volume as it expands and becomes less dense. It then eventually forces to move upward. At the same time, the rocks above this hot water exerts a downward pressure. There comes a point when the force exerted by the hot water exceeds the pressure exerted by the overlying rocks. At this point, the geysers are formed.
