I found this charge, but I don’t remember what it’s for. What should I do?

I’ve also had mbi-probiller charges on my statement, it is something that has been purchased or signed up for online via your credit card – very similar to paypal. Just contact them online at probiller.com or call them at 1-855-232-9550. They were very helpful with me. Hope this helps. ð

They charged me $30 twice, 5 days apart, and $1 one time. All on a credit card I just got and haven’t even activated yet. So yes, I would say this is a scam. I am an old lady and I never visit porn sites. My credit card company said they were “fishing” using different expiration dates and got “lucky”. Makes me want to go back to using cash only. What worries me is nobody had this number yet EXCEPT my credit card company, so the leak must be there. Or, (highly unlikely), someone was making up numbers to see what works.

Tell him the truth, give him his card back and promise you will not use it again until you make good for the money you spent. Propose a payment plan with him to pay him back. Either by doing work around the house or get paying jobs like baby sitting and give him your earnings till paid off. Stick to it and prove yourself trustworthy to use the card again.
