Edit, sorry, I forgot you asked for which one was FALSE. In that case, it is the one about RDA being double, really the RDA just goes up a little for pregnant ladies.

Here is a list of vegan sources for vitamin B12. All of it has to come from supplements or fortified foods. (With the exception of yeast extract spreads like marmite)
