Meiosis II is just similar with mitosis by virtue of process. It is in meiosis I where there are a lot of changes like crossover, synapsis and formation of bivalents. The best answer is A. In metaphase,  sister chromatids pulled to opposite poles. Nuclear envelopes or nucleoli form and cytokinesis occurs to separate daughter cells.
