I heard this as part of a techno mix and I googled the lyrics and only found it at this one link, I couldn’t find it anywhere else. It doesn’t say who sings it but it’s a woman so I know it’s not garth brooks, and it’s a techno remix. Garth has sung that song before so it very well could be. Parts of the song certainly sound like Garth but on other parts I’m not sure. But since I know he has sung it before I would say yes it is. Garth received a lot of criticism from so called professional critics but I really loved his “No Fences” album.
