Depends clair holt left h2o because she was filming a movie at the time there wree filming h20 season 3.Bella does replace emma.In the show emma is travling around the world with her parents.I heard in season three in the last episode emma comes back as a surprised guest.And lewis leave half way in season 3.Season 4 mmm.Im not so sure if there making a season 4 but they should.

well Claire left to film a movie but in h2o they said emma is traveling the world with her family and bella does kind of replace her. about your second question im not sure because they might not make a season 4, but im sure if they did make a season 4 and emma came back they would keep emma and bella
