According to pericles, how is athens different from other greek city-states? athens has an administration that favors the upper classes. athens has laws that treat all people fairly, regardless of social class. athens took the best laws of neighboring states and made them even better. athens has a constitution, while other neighboring states are lawless.

I agree with the person above - Athens has laws that treat all people fairly, regardless of social class.Athens is the land of democracy, which supposedly means that people are equal and treated equally, not taking into account which class they belong to. Having this in mind, A is definitely incorrect; C is incorrect because all Greek city-states did that - Athens is no different; D is incorrect because every city-state had its constitution.... There were laws and these laws applied equally to all people and all free people could participate in the democratic process of voting and make new policies that would be designed for the best of the people.
