Advice for working in a call center?

I have Asperger's Syndrome, which means I face challenges with social interactions. I am about to graduate from law school and have secured a job working at a call center within a law firm. Once I pass the bar exam, I will become an associate lawyer at that firm. If I successfully pass the bar on my first attempt, I will be sworn in this December.

However, I am finding it difficult to work in the call center, as I struggle with speaking on the phone and often have trouble determining when it is my turn to speak. Fortunately, once I transition to being an associate, I won't have to engage in phone conversations nearly as much.

I would greatly appreciate any advice on how to persevere in the call center role until I am sworn in as a lawyer. I am determined not to give up!
