Im looking for an anime where there are two male main characters. They can be best friends, brothers ect. doesnt matter as long as they have a close relationship and protect each other, or one has to protect the other. im looking for something with action, adventure, fighting in it. some that are similar to this that i have seen are: zetsuen no tempest, ao no exorcistAny Suggestions?

Strong male/male (not yaoi) friendship/partnership plus action and fighting. Sakumichi no Apollon is one of the best anime on that list, it is totally worth watching, but it does not have fighting in it. It focuses on the friend ship between the two main characters. I still think that you would like it.

Tactics is a good one =3 Our main character frees the oni-eating tengun and after the tegun asks what the boy wanted out of it, the boy just smiles and asks for nothing. Because of that he decides to stay with him and protect him from whatever demons or spirits may harm him. (This anime is full of fighting, mystery and fantasy. As for how close they are, very seeing as how they both care for each other with they're own lifes and feel sorry for what the other has to go through at times. Although the animes short the manga is ongoing =3 )Fullmetal alchemist has the two main characters brothers and may I say is played really well as far as you get the feeling they care a lot eachother. myanimelist.net/panel.phpZatch bell/Gash bell may be a bit for kids but it's still fun to watch every now and again =3 The theme song is so damn catchy >3< http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Zatch_Bell! Tegami Bachi/Letter bee may be kinda seen as two main males, but only because one is desperately trying to find/save the other, even if it means at the risk of losing his own heart. (The manga is my favorite of all time and the anime is wonderful too however because the manga is still going they stopped working on the anime for now.)Hope this helps! ^^
