okay so i ordered some stuff online and wanna return it. and so it’s asking for the item number, is that the SKU number? where can i find it i’m baffled

Hi, Chochoof!Yeah, the SKU stands for stock-keeping unit. It is the number beneath the bar code. The bar code is the scanner version of that number. Sometimes you still have to do things by hand!John H

If the program is looking for it and can not find it then I would run a disk checker like the one in Ahead Nero toolkit. This will check the disk for faults. Check for both file and surface faults. If it finds serious faults then return it and obtain a replacement. BTW SKU is short for Stock Keeping Unit
