bank question who is this from?

I had some money pulled from my account and it said as the preauthorized payment to come from CRSTNSTRAT MASVIAACH. Does anybody know what that is?

~~Never heard of them. Call your bank and ask for an investigation. You should do this right away. Even if you have your debit card, unscrupulous people could have gotten their hands on your information. Contact your bank right away and contest the charge. Best of luck!~~... Show More

I just had the same question and a google search lead me to this page. I immediately called my bank, (and I’m sure you’ve called yours long since posting this) and it turns out it is an automatic payment for a mutual fund we have through the bank. I hope yours was the same.You should definitely always call your bank to verify information…I just wanted to leave this answer in case someone else came across your question. :o)... Show More

No. Call the bank and ask. Make sure they put a freeze on your account so if this is some crook with your account number, they can’t clean out your account. Do it right now. Tomorrow may be too late.... Show More
