YDG means "Yadig!" or "You dig?" It originated from Philip Manansala, the guitarist of Of Mice & Men. It conveys a positive sentiment that acknowledges something good has happened or expresses appreciation for something to someone else.
Of Mice & Men, also known as OMAM, is an American metalcore band formed in 2009 in Costa Mesa, California. The current band members include Alan Ashby on guitar (since 2011), Valentino Arteaga on drums (since 2009, ex-Lower Definition), Austin Carlile on vocals, Phil Manansala on guitar (since 2009), and Aaron Pauley on bass (since 2012).
Of interest, according to Property of Zack news, Austin Carlile is no longer a part of Aspire & Create, a clothing company he started in 2012. Find out more here.... Show More
