Chewing mint leaves?!?

I’ve read that chewing mint leaves can help prevent bad breath. Is this true? Additionally, are there any potential negative side effects associated with chewing mint leaves? Thank you!

Yes chewing mint leaves would prevent bad breath. There are no negative side effects. On the contrary there are many positives like it would improve digestion, kill intestinal worms etc. So go ahead and enjoy your mint leaves fresh or dried.

RE:

Chewing mint leaves?!?

I’ve read that chewing plain old mint leaves helps prevent bad breath.

Firstly, is this true?

And secondly, are there any other, particularly negative, side effects?

Thanks <3

Yes, it will help your bad breath, but not make your teeth any whiter or cleaner, so i would just brush your teeth with tooth paste for bad breath. No, there are no bad side affects.

I think I might try that lol, I have no idea but I think it would help out with your breath though.

Eww…sounds nasty. Bad breath can be cured with proper dental Hygeine.
