x=(600*10^-3)/1 x= .6
mg/kg is a ratio. You need to multiply by the weight of the subject in kg to get the dose in mg. It scares me that you’re doing research on drugs, but don’t know this. No wonder drug mis-dosage is a serious cause of death in hospitals.
