Does anyone know of area code 139?

At 4am today, my phone rang long distance. Due to the hour, I ignored it. According to the call display, the number has an area code of 139. Here’s the question: what country or state is that number from? I’ve been searching the net and it’s telling me it doesn’t exist. In fact, area codes begin at 201. It’s buggin’ me. Anyone know how I can figure this one out? I appreciate the input.
