The only way it would is if gelatin was mixed in with it. I;m almost positive it is not, but read whatever brand u buy & make sure gelatin is not an ingredient, (assuming u are not consuming pork items) EDIT: Keep in mind it contains Blue1 – (lots of foods do) but Blue1 has been known to cause cancer.
