They may argue that these aspects need to be changed or that they should be adopted by people from different cultures to create a sense of global citizenship. However, this perspective can be hurtful and dismissive of the value and equality of other cultures. How can we promote a more inclusive mindset within management that respects and celebrates cultural diversity rather than viewing one’s own culture as superior?
