1.

x-3y= -3

-2x + 6y= 12

Multiplying equation 1 with -2 to get -2x + 6y = 6

These 2 lines have same slope but different constants so they are 2 paralle lines.

2.

x+y=6

x-y = 6

The 2 lines have slopes 1 and -1 so they are perpendicular.

3.

x+y=12

x-y=2

The 2 lines have slopes 1 and -1 so they intersect.

4.

x+y=0

x=y

The 2 lines have slopes 1 and -1 so they have 1 solution.

5.

2y-x=6 y=x+6

The 2 lines have different slopes so the have 1 solution.

6.

x+y= 10

x-y =6

The 2 lines have slopes 1 and -1 so they intersect.

7.

x+2y=6 y+2x=6

The 2 lines have different slopes so the have 1 solution.
