What song can relate to the drive reduction theory?
What song can relate to the drive reduction theory? Could you please provide an example of a song that illustrates this concept and explain how it connects to the theory? Thank you.

Developed by behaviorist Clark Hull, drive reduction theory of motivation suggests that all motivation arises as a result of biological needs. In his theory, Hull used the term drive to refer to the state of tension or arousal caused by biological or physiological needs.
Thirst, hunger, and the need for warmth are all examples of drives. A drive creates an unpleasant state; a tension that needs to be reduced.
In order to reduce this state of tension, humans and animals seek out ways to fulfill these biological needs. We get a drink when we are thirsty, eat when we are hungry, and turn up the thermostat when we are cold.
Below are some songs that we have come up with that contain lyrics we think can relate to Clark Hull's theory:
Gettin' Hungry - The Beach Boys
Gettin' hungry
Hungry for my kind o' woman
I'm gettin' hungry
Soon I gotta find me a woman
I'm gettin' hungry
Searchin' for a pretty girl
Melancholy Mood - Ziggy Marley
A little collie weed to ease I grief
Too much agony living in the limits of big city
A little collie weed to meditate
Too much insanity in this society
You'll Never Thirst - Juanita Bynum
Drink from this water, drink from this water
And you will never, you'll never thirst again
Drink from this water, drink from this water
You will never, you'll never thirst again
You Were on My Mind - Ian & Sylvia
Went to the corner
Just to ease my pain
It was just to ease my pain
I got drunk and
I got sick and
I came home again
In the Winter - Dusty Springfield
And in the Winter, extra blankets for the cold
Fix the heater, getting old
I am wiser now, you know
And still as big a fool
Love Will Keep Us Alive - Eagles
I was standing
All alone against the world outside
You were searching
For a place to hide
Lost and lonely
Now you've given me the will to survive
When we're hungry, love will keep us alive
