Intermolecular  forces  are  attractive  forces  and  repulsive  forces  between  two  distinct  compounds or  molecules. Dipole-dipole  forces  are  type  of   intermolecular  forces  which  occur  between C2HCl  and dichlorine  monoxide  molecules. Reason  been  because  both  C2HCl  and dichlorine monoxide  molecules  are  polar.

dipole-dipoleExplanation:There are essentially four types of intermolecular forces that exists between molecules. These include: Ionic > hydrogen bonding > dipole-dipole > london dispersionIonic forces are the strongest while london dispersion forces which are weak Van der waals forces are the weakestIn the given examples, chlorine the most electronegative atom relative to C and H. Both molecules are polar and have dipoles. Thus, dipole-dipole forces exits between these molecules.
London dispersion force and dipole dipole because both molecules are polar
