HELP!! Due tomorrow!! Bond Angles of molecular structures?
I need help with predicting the bond angles for the following molecules and ions, which are due tomorrow. The exponent symbol (^) represents an exponent, and the numbers following letters indicate subscripts.
a) POCl3, SO4^2-, XeO4, PO4^3-, ClO4^- (all tetrahedral)
b) NF3, SO3^2-, PO3^3-, ClO3^- (all trigonal pyramidal)
c) ClO2^-, SCl2, PCl2^- (all bent or angular)
I believe that each of these molecules and ions should have different bond angles, but I'm also considering that they might share similar bond angles since they belong to the same group. I'm feeling quite lost on this topic and would greatly appreciate any assistance. Thank you very much for your help!

For (a), the angles will all be 109.47 degrees (tetrahedral angle), except for POCl3. In that case, the P-O bond acts as if it needs more space, so it pushes the P-Cl bonds closer to one another. The Cl-P-Cl angles will be less than 109.47, while the O-P-Cl angles will be a little larger.
(b) Similar: the molecules/ions will all have bond angles slightly less than 109.47 degrees, since the non-bonding pair of electrons pushes the bonds away.
(c) Now you have two nb pairs pushing on the bond pairs, so the angles will again be smaller than 109.47… because of the two nb pairs, they will actually be smaller than the angles in the molecules/ions in (b).
