You begin by writing a two sentence introduction of thejob.  The next step is to create the stepby step list.  Take note of whatmaterials you are going to need for the task at hand.  Do not put acronyms and jargons to yourdocument.  Remember if it requires morethan one sentence then it would be an additional step.  End the document with a summary of thecompleted procedure.

A. in sequential orderA procedural document explains how to do something. A recipe is considered a procedural document. Directions for building a LEGO spaceship are considered a procedural document. Emergency protocols are considered procedural documents. It is important that these things are written in sequential order. For example, if you were making an apple pie and it first said to put the apples into the pan, you'd be missing the crust as well as the goodness that the apples are mixed with to create the filling.

Procedural documents are usually organized in sequential order. Explanation:A procedural document is the one that outlines a given procedure for something. For example, a recipe. As such, a procedural document usually organizes the information according to the sequence of steps that need to be followed during the process, so as to make a clear description. Each section of the document would represent a step in the procedure. This pattern of organization is called sequential pattern or sequential order.
