How do I draw a lewis structure for sucrose, C12H22O11?

I need to draw the Lewis structure for sucrose (C12H22O11) for my chemistry lab, but I'm unsure how to approach such a large compound. Should I treat it as if it were a simpler molecule, like CHO, or is there a specific method I should follow for larger structures? Any guidance on how to accurately represent the bonds and atoms in sucrose would be greatly appreciated.

The carbon atoms are located at all the hard angles; this is the convention in organic chem, carbon atoms are usually not drawn unless they are part of a polyatomic ion. For a molecule like sucrose, you should have a good idea of how it will look before beginning to draw the Lewis structure, but I'm no expert. Google is your friend, or... umm Yahoo.

Sucrose is a three dimensional structure and so can only be partially represented using just the "double dot" per bond method. A good image of the line and wedge method is at the site below. If you have to have just the dots, replace each line or wedge in the image with two dots. for - use : That should do it. There is a missing C in the image. It's location is at the bottom of the top wedge (where three lines and the wedge come together).

I need to do this for my chemistry lab, the thing is, I don't know how to draw such a large compound. Do I just draw the lewis structure as if it was CHO?
