How do I give myself an atomic wedgie?

Well, I like giving myself wedgies (please no questions and this is NOT fake) and I need some ways to do it. Perferaly something I can do inside. And ifNeeded I can put more pairs of underwear on. (please no WTF or mean language.)

you definately have a wedgie ƒᴇtıꜱɦ. anyway, it is pretty difficult to do that to yourself. an atomic wedgie, by definition, is a wedgie in which the underwear is stretched all the way around one's head. to do this to yourself, give yourself a little wedgie. then reach around your back and grab the waistband of your underwear. then pull upward as hard as possible. once the underwear is stretched above your head, pull down and try to hook it around your chin. take a picture for fun.www.wedgiegirls.com...
