how do i set sky as my default homepage?

Unfortunately, my friend, you don’t say which web browser you’re using, so I’ve put instructions for a few different ones. (They’re very similar in operation, but have subtle differences.)

In Mozilla Firefox click on Tools in the menu bar, at the top of the screen, and select Options and select the General tab.

Where it says Home Page: type http://www.sky.com/

In Internet Explorer click on Tools in the menu bar, at the top of the screen, and select Internet Options.

In the box just below where it says Home page, type http://www.sky.com/

Click OK.

In Google Chrome, click on the spanner icon at the top right of the screen and select Options.

When the page changes it should display Basics. Immediately below that, where it says On start-up, place a mark in the circle next to where it says Open the following pages: (Do this by left-clicking once). Click once on where it says Add a new page, then to the right you should see that box has turned pink. Type http://www.sky.com/ in there.

Close down Google Chrome, and then re-open it. Hopefully, it should open at the Sky home page.

In Maxthon, click on the smiley face that says Menu if you hover your mouse cursor over it.

Select Options.

In the box next to where it says Open on Startup place a mark in the circle next to where it says Home Page by clicking once with your left mouse button.

Immediately below that, where it says Home Page, type http://www.sky.com/

Close the browser and then open it up again.

On mozzilla firefox and Internet explorer left click the far left of the address in the address bar and drag it to the home icon.

(On firefox you see a little icon on left of the address drag that to the home symbol)

When you let go a box opens asking if you want to set the page you are on to the home page.
