How do you use a scroll in Morrowind? (pc)?
I have placed the scroll in my quick key menu, but I'm unsure how to use it. After opening the scroll, what are the next steps? Any guidance would be greatly appreciated!

Opening the scroll doesn't let you use (cast) it. It just lets you read it like a book.
To use a scroll, select it from your magic/spell menu on the bottom right window, then activate your magicka, and click. It operates just like a spell, except it's one-time-only.
