How many atoms are in 1.75 mol CHCL3?

I have 1.75 moles of CHCl3. To find the number of atoms, I understand that I can use Avogadro's number, which is approximately 6.022 × 10^23 atoms per mole. Once I have the moles, I will multiply them by Avogadro's number to find the total number of atoms.

So, do I multiply 1.75 by 6.022 × 10^23? I calculated that to be 1.05 × 10^24 atoms of CHCl3. Is this correct?

Ok well first off since it is asking for ATOMS that means the atoms within each molecule, so in a molecule of CHCl3 you have 1 carbon atom, 1 hydrogen atom and 3 chlorine atoms, so 5 total atoms per molecule. Now you have 1.75 moles of CHCl3 and a mole is 6.022 * 10^23 molecules so you multiply avadagro's number by the number of moles 1.75*(6.022*10^23)= 1.05385*10^24 molecules, now within each molecule you have a total of 5 atoms, so you would multiply the number of moluecules by the number of atoms per molecule so 1.05385*10^24 * 5= 5.26925*10^24
