i wana know cause i really dont want to finish it yet cause i love the story and gameplay so much and if you finish will the levels retain if u do it all over again?

It’s weird but you have to beat the game if you want to fully upgrade your characters. Once you finish you get the option to save the game, you should save the game so you can keep that last upgrade. Start your game again and go back so you can go back throughout the world.
