How much is 27 grams of sugar when measured in tablespoons?

According to the joy of baking website for Sugar
1 teaspoon = 4 grams
1 tablespoon = 12 grams
So 27 grams is about 2 Tablespoons and 1 teaspoon (which totals 28 grams)
Or 27/12 = 2.25 Tablespoons, but I don’t think there are 0.25 Tablespoon measuring spoons. The 2 Tablespoons + 1 teaspoon is the best way to go which is 2.33 Tablespoons.

Do not use an eating utensil to measure ingredients with. The amounts would be all over the place and inaccurate. Use a standard home measuring spoon. All of those measures should be level on top for a precise measurement.

4g = 1 teaspoon; 3 teaspoons = 1 tablespoon
So, 27 g = 2.25 tablespoons
Well, one teaspoon of sugar is four grams and there are three teaspoons in a tablespoon so……27/4=6.75. and 6.75/3=2.25.
25 gr is an average soup spoon. So use a soup spoon and a 1/4 of a tea spoon.
Enjoy whatever you are making
