You have not thought to give us sufficient information to answer your questions, so I suggest it would be more profitable for you to do your own homework.
Joseph is a dumbass. No one fails to calibrate a spec unless you are lazy. Quite frankly, if you are that lazy, why would anyone trust the rest of your data?
