In mexican food, what are bionico, fresas, escamochas, jugos?
What are biónico, fresas, escamochas, and jugos in Mexican cuisine? I understand that they are made from fruit, and I often see them at Mexican restaurants. I'd like to order one of these items, but I'm curious about their specific characteristics. Additionally, how are their names pronounced in English?

Jugos mean a mexican fruit juice.
