In mexican food, what are bionico, fresas, escamochas, jugos?

What are biónico, fresas, escamochas, and jugos in Mexican cuisine? I understand that they are made from fruit, and I often see them at Mexican restaurants. I'd like to order one of these items, but I'm curious about their specific characteristics. Additionally, how are their names pronounced in English?

Bionico means a mexican fruit salad covered with cream and raisins

Fresas means Strawberry

Escamochas means Escamochas are a Mexican Fruit Desert. On the Mexican side(at least along San Diego/Tijuana) you’ll find them at places known as paleterias or neverias usually named La Michoacan(might be misspelled). Usually they’re put in glass with the fruit at the bottom or middle layer.

Jugos mean a mexican fruit juice.

Pronunciations :

Name: Jugo

Phonetic Pronunciation: YOO-go

Name : Fresas

Pronunciation : FRE-sa

Name : Bionico

Phonetic Pronunciation : Bi-OH-Ni-co

Name : Escamochas

Phonetic Pronunciation : Es-cha-MO-chas

If you had a Spanish accent, or were Spanish the pronunciation would easily come to you by looking at the word, at least most of the times. Hope i helped
