he fought aizen in episode 308 to 310..but he defeated aizen in episode 309in eps 308 and 309 they'd sohowed that ichigo and his zanpakutou joined together. his zanpakutou tensa zangetsu wrapped around his right hand he used that against aizen. then in the midst part of 309 ichigo used the final getsuga tenshou which tensa zangetsu taught him when he was forcing to teach that last resort of his zanpakutou. then he used mugetsu to defeat aizen and when ichigo's powers were disappearing kisuke arrived and the kido has taken effect to sealed aien away to soul society....
