On my online job app it says GED Issuing Authority? HELP What should I write?

On job app I put I was getting my GED and then it asked issuing authority? What does that mean? HELP

Pretty sure its asking who issued you your GED, just to make sure its legitimate (basically its asking for the name of your high school you graduated from)... Show More

First thing first, get an education. At least go complete your High School Diploma, or get a GED. Make sure you’re hanging around the right people who are pursuing the same goal as you of becoming a better person because if you are hanging around the wrong people, they can bring you down. I volunteer at a homeless and rehab center and I know some of those places offer free classes, like computer classes, résumé building classes, first aid classes, CPR classes, etc. Take as many free classes as you can because the more skills you have, and the more certification you have to prove it, the better of a job you will be able to find. Keep yourself busy doing something good. The more time you sit around being depressed, the more your life will go down the drain. Apply for every job and stick to it. The more experience you have, the better your résumé will look. And then if you can, get at least a college education or take a diploma course. If you can go to university, you should. Just write the name of your state. They may get applicants from other states. Since you did not graduate from high school, they are not asking about your high school.... Show More
