Electron affinity is the likelihood that an element will gain an electron. Basically, the more electronegative an element is, the higher electron affinity it has.
As a rule of thumb, elements with highest electron affinity (and electronegativity) are up at the top right of the table, near fluorine (which is most EN and has highest EA). The noble gases are excluded due to their full valence shell.
Using this rule, we can see that the order would be Na, Be, F.
