Renting a unit: What does shared laundry mean?

I'm thinking of renting a 1 bedroom unit, however it says shared laundry does that mean i have to provide my own washer? or share a communal washing machine with other renting units in the same building?

Communal. check the lease agreement to see who is responsible for the matenence, and repair of the appliances. it may be the landlord, and it may be you, and the other residents.... Show More
