at xmas rick stein show went to a thai shop in st austell and the owner cooked her left over turkey stir fry. Anyone got the recipe?

We were at ;home on our own (Hubby and me) so I bought a crown. I have about 2 lbs left, we had a repeat of yesterdays today I did new roast pots and new Gravy and added mashed pots. Now I still have a load left. I like the turkey and leek soup idea. I will probably do a curry and maybe a turkey and mushroom pie. How about a turkey supreme? Or a turkey and pasta bake? Make a white sauce and using the bones to make a stock and add onions or leeks. Cook some pasta and add to the mix, put the mixture together and put some mild cheese on top and put in the oven.. Or! Sorry, I have run out of ideas… Good luck... Show More
