Please take note of the accent marks and question marks that precede the questions. You have to learn how to use these in your writing or else you will not receive very high test scores. Note the difference between my example and the first one you received with no accent marks and without the necessary question marks. I have a MA in English and a BA in Spanish.
IRENE: (1) Hola. ¿Cómo estás?
MANOLO: Bien, gracias. ¿Y tú?
IRENE: Muy bien. ¿Qué hora es?
MANOLO: Son las nueve.
IRENE: (4) ¿Estás estudiando algo?
MANOLO: Estudio historia.
IRENE: (5) Y, ¿Por qué estás estudiando?
MANOLO: Porque hay un examen mañana.
IRENE: (6) Y, ¿Te gusta mucho la clase?
MANOLO: Sí, me gusta mucho la clase.
IRENE: (7) ¿Quién es tu profesor?
MANOLO: El profesor Padilla enseña la clase.
IRENE: (8) ¿Estudiarás este semestre psicología?
MANOLO: No, no tomo psicología este semestre.
Since I am fairly certain you are a Spanish I student, I will use Spanish I (= simpler) vocabulary and verb tenses. Some of the other answers have verb tenses you won't learn until Spanish III! Also, I will also use familiar "text book" language. While there are many ways to say things, it is likely your teacher is teaching you certain ways to say things.
