It’s D, SBr6

The sulfur has symbol S, and the phrase hexa means there are six molecules of bromide which has symbol Br.

Sulfur Hexaflouride implies S F_6 = SF6 I don’t know why it would be written as F6S (perhaps its on a technicality ( knit picky chemistry rule) but it makes sense to say that the compound is SF6 because sulfur can break the octate rule and bind to 6 molecules- (If you don’t know what that means, don’t worry about it yet as you will soon find out how to draw the lewis structure for SF6 -very common thing to show when dealing with exceptions to the lewis dot structure) but all this compound is trying to convey is that there are 6 flourides per 1 S and it is commonly written and seen in text books as SF6 Hope that helps!

sulfur hexafluoride is commonly denoted as SF6 (or F6S) The hexa- denotes six flouride atoms. S6F must have been a mistake.

we know that sulphur is S and boromine is Br

so we end up between choosing C, or D

we know hexa means 6 in greek so it would have to have 6 bromines in it.

So the answer is D SBr6
