The Sims Medieval serial code?

I just bought The Sims Medieval, but it had a very strange letter in it. I have never seen it before! My keyboard doesn’t even have it..What should I do?Can someone lend me theirs? 🙁 Where can I contact EA? I live in Estonia, so the call would be very expensive!
