Salam Yes based on hadith all alive creatures in the sea fishes including squid are halal for Muslims if you like it and it is good for your body even it has dead.But if it will give bad impact to your body it is better you do not eat it although it is halal for you.Humans are  great cannibals We can eat cannibal squids for preserving another sea creatures.Shark is halal too if you want to eat it Allah has created all of animals for humans such as for transportation,for its milk and for its meat
