In Assassin's Creed II, for the "I am Become Death, the Destroyer of Worlds" truth puzzle, turn the code wheel so that the 9 matches with the solid triangle.
Match the 5 with a circle containing two squares, the 2 with a circle, and the 9 with the solid triangle. Then, on the next screen, press the red button.
Finally, highlight the hidden group of numbers in the lower left corner of the paper and identify it.
