Mene mene tekel. Satana satana?

In the context of the phrase "Mene mene tekel," which originates from the biblical story in the Book of Daniel, what is the significance of this phrase, and how does it relate to the concept of "Satana"? Could you provide insights into its interpretation and relevance in contemporary discussions?

. Dan 5:24 Then was the part of the hand sent from him; and this writing was written. Dan 5:25 And this is the writing that was written, MENE, MENE, TEKEL, UPHARSIN. Dan 5:26 This is the interpretation of the thing: MENE; God hath numbered thy kingdom, and finished it. Dan 5:27 TEKEL; Thou art weighed in the balances, and art found wanting. Dan 5:28 PERES; Thy kingdom is divided, and given to the Medes and Persians. Dan 5:29 Then commanded Belshazzar, and they clothed Daniel with scarlet, and put a chain of gold about his neck, and made a proclamation concerning him, that he should be the third ruler in the kingdom. Dan 5:30 In that night was Belshazzar the king of the Chaldeans slain.

This is kind of a weird story. They were right in the middle of a big party when this happened. Suddenly fingers of a man's hand appeared. No body, no man present, just his hand. And the floating hand wrote on the wall.

Everyone was horrified. When a floating hand appears out of no where, they were in fear. And they did not understand what was written.

Immediately the fingers of a man’s hand appeared and wrote on the plaster of the wall of the king’s palace, opposite the lampstand; and the king saw the hand as it wrote. Then the king’s color changed, and his thoughts alarmed him; his limbs gave way, and his knees knocked together. The king cried aloud to bring in the enchanters, the Chalde′ans, and the astrologers. The king said to the wise men of Babylon, “Whoever reads this writing, and shows me its interpretation, shall be clothed with purple, and have a chain of gold about his neck, and shall be the third ruler in the kingdom.” Then all the king’s wise men came in, but they could not read the writing or make known to the king the interpretation. Then King Belshaz′zar was greatly alarmed, and his color changed; and his lords were perplexed. (Daniel 5:5-9)

“Then from his presence the hand was sent, and this writing was inscribed. And this is the writing that was inscribed: mene, mene, tekel, and parsin. This is the interpretation of the matter: mene, God has numbered the days of your kingdom and brought it to an end; tekel, you have been weighed in the balances and found wanting; peres, your kingdom is divided and given to the Medes and Persians.” (Daniel 5:24-28)
