Mitosis is the process of cell division which takes place in the somatic (body cells), where a parent cell divides to yield  two daughter cells. The daughter cells produced contain the same number of chromosomes as the parent/original cells. The process takes place in four phases namely, interphase, prophase, metaphase, anaphase and telophase. The above process is metaphase, due to the alignment of chromosomes along the equator.

Answer;Anaphase;Explanation; -During mitosis, a eukaryotic cell undergoes a carefully coordinated nuclear division that results in the formation of two genetically identical daughter cells.-The process of mitosis consists of five active steps, or phases: prophase, prometaphase, metaphase, anaphase, and telophase.-Metaphase leads to anaphase, during which each chromosome's sister chromatids separate and move to opposite poles of the cell. Each sister chromatid of a chromosome has spindle fibers attached to it. These spindle fibers begin to shorten and pull the sister chromatids apart at the centromere.

Answer;B) metaphaseExplanation;-Metaphase is the third phase of mitosis, the process that separates duplicated genetic material carried in the nucleus of a parent cell into two identical daughter cells.-During metaphase, the cell's chromosomes align themselves in the middle of the cell through a type of cellular tug of war. The microtubules of the spindle (white) have attached and the chromosomes have lined up on the metaphase plate.

B. "Telophase"Explanation:The chromosomes are at opposite poles, the nuclear envelope is reforming and the cell is getting ready to divide, the next phase is Cytokinesis. Hope this helped.

I wish you added the diagram but I can tell that the long strings are the spindle fibres.
