Who of the Jackass crew have children?

Among the "main cast" of Jackass, Johnny Knoxville, Dave England, Jeff Tremaine, Jess Margera, Phil Margera, and Brandon Novak all have children.
Johnny Knoxville: Has three children. Two from his wife, Naomi Nelson (Rocko and Arlo), and one from his ex-wife, Melanie Lynn Cates, named Madison.
Dave England: Married to Joanna England and has three children named Ruby, Roan, and Clyde.
Jeff Tremaine: Married to Laura Tremaine Windel. The couple has two children.
Jess Margera: He is married to Kelly and they have three children (Ava, Scarlett, and London Philip Margera).
Brandon Novak: Not married but has a son named Jackson Andrew, born on December 5, 2005.
Phil Margera: Married to April Margera. He is the father of CKY drummer Jess Margera and Jackass star and professional skateboarder Bam Margera.
To this date, Jackass ranks as one of MTV's highest-rated programs. However, controversy surrounding the show's tastelessness and violence led to its eventual cancellation. Nevertheless, the Jackass legacy continues with late-night syndication on MTV and MTV2.
