What is a good toast for a first date?

When I go out with a girl Im always at a loss as to what to toast to. I want something original and a little romantic. You guys have any good ones please post them.

How about Here’s to a wonderful evening with a lovely lady?Don’t want to get too into it, after all it is a first date and you don’t want to scare her away. And if she’s not that into you, or you’re not that into her, don’t want to put too much stock in a first toast. Sounds like you’re pretty serious if you’re into toasting on the first date. Why don ‘t you just try to relax, take it easy and be a little romantic by calling ahead to order a special dessert or bring her a single rose?
