Many companies use this merchant to process credit cards. Other common companies are Square, depending on the business who swiped your card or entered your card information they will have one of these companies. You can easily call your bank and gain information as to who the transaction originated from. You have the right to this information. You can request the Merchant ID number, don’t let them tell you they don’t have that information. They do and you have the right to know it. Then do a simple look up of the merchant ID online and walla. call that company and make a claim to have the funds refunded. If they deny and you feel that they still owe that money you can call your bank and file a fraud on that transaction. You will have to get a new bank card and change your pin for security purposes but then the same people cannot charge your card again.
