what is tsunade’s real form?

tsunade from naruto uses a justu to make herself look twenties-ish even though she’s in her 50s. she’s in her fifties. is there was a picture of her disgusting old wrinkled form too, like shino’s and kakashi’s real faces? does she use the transform justu to make her bust’s look bigger too?

Despite what these guys are saying, she does use a jutsu, though it isn’t a transformation. I believe it just uses some of her chakra reserves to keep up her looks, which explains why she became wrinkled after her and Jiraiya’s fight with Orochimaru and why she ate so much when she woke up from a coma....
