well… with the butter shots if you had some sour apple pucker you could make a “caramel apple” shot. yummy! with the kahlua you could just blend that up with some ice… coconut rum you can mix that with the pina colada mix, get some crushed pineapple and ice in there…. oh the possibilities!

Bars usually use light rum, any brand, but if you prefer a les alcoholic taste, coconut rum (I prefer Captain Morgan’s Parrot Bay to Malibu) is much better. Some places even use dark rum, but that’s not very good.
